"Murphie was very professional when planning our daughter's wedding cake. She provided her expert opinion on cake flavors, size and shape.
A three tiered cake, with a style based off of a Pinterest picture was chosen. The finished cake was perfection. Murphie expertly stacked the tiers and the tiers were supported with dowels, exactly as an expert baker does. The icing was perfection and the flowers were artistically placed. The cake looked phenomenal and captured the look of the photo Murphie was working off of.
Finally the flavors! Each tier was a different flavor. We had a white chocolate raspberry tier, an Oreo cookie tier, and a dark chocolate, salted caramel tier.
Our wedding guests raved about each flavor but I heard the most complements about the white chocolate raspberry layer. I was very impressed. The cake itself was moist and had a good texture.
I also have to add that Murphie was innovative in ensuring our cake stayed cool during a hot summer delivery.
